- ESEdith SandovalDec 1, 20251.0I cannot rate the service I never went because when I called the phone number on their website a petco (older white) lady said they had yet to arrive. I proceeded to say I had a question about the appointment she was so rude and disrespectful about my questions and concerns brushing them off as jokes and laughing at me. My pet is old and has concerning health for someone to laugh at you is unacceptable. I still with questions unanswered and now confused just couldn't go.

However I did not like my experience with the Vet at all she was not personable and the assistant ask me what was my concerns with my dog child and I advise her his teeth. She did not even check them!! I had to ask if she could in which she was physically showing her unwillingness but did a quick check. She literally held conversation with the assistant as if I wasn’t there. Gave my dog child his update rabies shot and was like bye! When I asked her if there was anything I could do better. She looked at me like that was a stupid question to ask. Literally wish I never booked at petco and should’ve stayed at PetSmart but booked this by a mistake and figure I would still go because my dog child needed it.
