After using a different grooming service with a different company, we realized that not many people in the area can handle big (100lbs+) dogs. RDS is GREAT with Booms. We always leave with a fresh, great cut and smelling amazing! Highly recommend!

- SSSKNov 16, 20251.0Totally disgusted. Been going to Ridge over 15 years. All three of my shih tzus went there. Two have passed away and always trusted Ridge but the last visit for my one and only shih tzu I have left took me over the top. His name is Zeke by the way! He went there for a grooming Saturday and pick him up and brought him home and he’s Limping. Called and spoke to owner and he asked groomer and she said she has no knowledge of anything that happened. No falls or anything. I said well there’s blood on a few nails he went back again to speak to her and all of sudden she remembers that he may of gotten his nail caught in a muzzle that he was wearing that I had no knowledge of since every time I went they told me he was good and no issues. I guess she didn’t see him bleeding or in distress or whatever truly happened. How can you not have any recollection of anything that happened the first time you were asked? He is still limping and may need a vet visit as he cannot even put any pressure on his foot. All his nails are a mess, some are cut to the quick and uneven and one even looks bent. There are several with dried blood. I don’t know exactly what happened and I guess I never will and truly hurts to know I’m not being told the truth what happened. Someone knows. Not sure if he fell or what! I’m so upset. I should have been told when I picked him up there was an issue not wait till I got home and put him down and he’s limping. I carried him out to car when picked up and never got put down until I got home so I never knew he was hurt. He won’t be returning as I am totally disgusted and lost all faith in Ridge. Also costs me almost 100.00 for a grooming to be let down. The least they could of done is tell me what happened when I picked him up! Didn’t say a word. Found out when I got home! I think that’s what hits me the hardest! Something happened there and I need to know what? Was he being held down with muzzle? He still cannot walk. I’m horrified to know what happened to my dog. Also he was disoriented when I got him in car and didnt even eat his treats that he normally eats! Then to get him home and he’s limping. Be honest what happened? And if you had issues with him I should have been notified when I picked him up not told everything was great and no issues!
