- BOBarbara Orth2 days ago2.0I was disappointed at the cleanliness, set up, and quality of products to use for my dog’s bath. There was a single option of watered down shampoo. I couldn’t even work up a lather on my dog and upon leaving he didn’t have that “freshly bathed” smell. Initially there were no towels, but the clerk brought two that were thin and lacking absorbency. The floor had clumps of dog hair from other dogs. The dryer table had no place for my dog to sit to be dried, nor a hook to attach him while drying. I will not go there again to bathe my dog at a price of $15…. Not worth it.

Not to mention the customer service from everyone as soon as you walk in feels so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend them enough :)
