  I took my puppy in on Fri 4/10/26 at 3:30 for a suspected uti & was told they’d have to send it to the lab & I’d know something on Mon. Mon came, no call. I called Tue am & left a msg. A lady called back & I was told I should know something by the end of the week & I was like “Are you kidding me !?” then she quickly changed her mind & said I’d know something by the next day. Doc ended up calling me later that same day but I wasn’t able to talk so I texted him back instead. First he said my puppy has elevated white blood cells but no bacteria & needs a culture but then turned around & said forget the culture for now because of the way it was collected & just take the antibiotic & to recheck after & that his team would get back to me about the med”. It’s now Thur 4/16/26 6:59pm, 2 days aft speaking w/ the vet & my dog STILL doesn’t have her medicine. I texted this morning & left a msg this afternoon & no one has responded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL. They’re nice when you’re there but their follow-up is horrendous & they have absolutely no sense of urgency & that could cause ALOT of harm to our beloved pets. Side note: you’re not in the same room as your pet when they’re being examined.

  Hard to get ahold of someone and you do not get to be with your pet during visits.

  Sky was treated just like she is a princess 👸...really dr gave a lot of great information and the vet took my questions with much knowledge and sympathy my baby is doing so much better.. thanks to a great staff..
