- CBClaudia BlakeyApr 24, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment at 1:30 PM for my dog’s annual vaccines and check-up at Petco, but after waiting over an hour, nothing had happened. No one could give me any clear update on how much longer it would take. If you make an appointment, you should at least try to respect people’s time. Many of us come during our limited free time and still have to go back to work or handle other responsibilities. The person who checked us in was kind, but that doesn’t help if they can’t provide any information beyond “you have to wait.” When I asked for an update, we were just taken to the exam room and told to wait even longer. After wasting an hour of our time, we decided to leave because we simply couldn’t wait any more. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time.

I only go to the fish department because they usually have healthy looking aquarium plants. No one has ever asked me if I need help and I have to walk around the store looking for someone
