- TBtheana brooksNov 25, 20251.0This location and staff is very unprofessional and doesn't care about all animals! This was my first time giving my 4 month old fur baby an appointment. I scheduled her appointment prior to my visit , which was today at 2pm. I checked in and waited in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. After I was told to go in the back to wait for the vet. I was seen by a nurse around 2:30. After that , I was told to wait on the doctor to see my fur baby. Not to mention my door was right next to the door of the workers. They were walking past my door , looking through the window, stopping in front of the door attempting to go inside of the room but then turn around or go to another patient. I legit heard multiple people getting seen and serviced while I waited for an WHOLE HOUR. Around 3:40 the same nurse came inside and apologized saying it was an emergency with someone else's fur baby. But that emergency wasn't for the whole entire hour of me waiting. The neglect and lack of professionalism that I and my fur baby experienced today was utterly disrespectful. The staff was literally in the back joking around and having fun instead of tending to me and my fur baby. I decided to leave and when I left I noticed that there was food the staff had ordered. Sucks to see that they had the time to order food and joke around instead of servicing my fur baby. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. There was nobody waiting in the waiting area when I was leaving and expressing my concerns to the lady at the desk. Not to mention it was literally only one person in the back other than me that just came and and they tended to her with no hesitation. The way me and my Cashmere was treated today was the worst first experience for the both of us !
