- BWBrittanie Wright3 days ago1.0Petco was the worst first time experience ever! Safe your self the headache of not even booking an appointment you will be waiting forever! My appointment was at 4:45 they didn’t get me in a room until after 6pm only to come tell me it would be another two hours if I was willing to stay because they had a escalation with another animal and all they could do was reach me if I didn’t want to wait! I told them don’t bother it was absolutely ridiculous inconsiderate and unprofessional! Others had been waiting for hours as well stating how they had been there since 1pm not leaving until after 5:30 or having an appointment at 3 and it’s after 5:30 still waiting, one lady had a sick blind and dead cat and had been waiting for hours since her a appointment and there was no sense of urgency. We all were sitting there tryna figure out why even make an appointment when it doesn’t matter. But for me to have had a 4:45 appt not get in a room until after 6pm only to be told I’d have to wait another 2hrs or however long it would take as my first visit ever was absolutely absurd. I will not be back they are not good business at all.
