I show the prescription in the app to the cashier and really quick she was saying we can't do it if you don't have the paper prescription she not even bothered to look the prescription I have in my phone. I told her the I will go to the pet clinic is inside of Petco and ask for one. The clinic was closing and I ask the lady that was about to leave to help me . Even though she was leaving she was nice and helped me. She gave me the paper prescription and I told her thank you for being so kind. I come back to the cashier and I see my phone and realized the you can just press the button to buy in-store and the number of the prescription was there I didn't even need the paper one. What I am trying to say is this lady doesn't know how to treat the customer and apparently she was the manager. I drove from Richmond all of way to Hampton to buy the food for my dog more the 75 miles. People need to be more kind.
