- JOJaiden OchoaNov 30, 20251.0Had a negative experience with Petco and I’m not a Karen just annoyed because I had a 30 min ride here …which i guess she is a closing manager at 7:00 on nov 30th … walked in too get some fish and picked them out not knowing the store was closing.. she walked up said she had 5 mins left and then preceded too kicked us out said we had to go walked us out which is definitely terrible customer service… didn’t tell us nothing just watched us pick are fish out then walked over to kick us out …I get our fault in the situation but it don’t take 30 mins to catch a pleco !! Do you job 🤦♂️
