  It was horrible. I tried to return an aquarium filter i received for Christmas, but they wouldn't do anything. I'm going to PetSmart for now on.

  I brought my dog in for a walk-in nail trim on March 18th around 4 PM, and I am honestly shocked by the level of service I received. There was only one groomer working at the time (I don’t recall the name), and despite paying for the service, my dog’s nails were still left long and sharp. Within a short time after leaving, my dog scratched my child badly enough to leave a long cut that bled. This is absolutely unacceptable — the entire purpose of a nail trim is to prevent exactly this type of injury. This was my first time visiting this location since PetSmart was closed, and I even tipped the groomer, which makes this even more frustrating. I expect a much higher standard of care, especially when it comes to services that directly impact safety. I sincerely hope management takes this issue seriously, addresses it with the staff involved, and ensures this does not happen to another family.
