About

Veterinarian
WCVC was opened in September 1970, offering quality veterinary care in Front Royal and Warren County, Virginia. In 1985 we opened Cedarville Veterinary Clinic on the north side of town. Since then our practice has continued to grow and we have renovated and rebuilt both of our facilities. Recently we have combined the two locations north and south under one name, Warren County Veterinary Clinic to better serve you and your pets. Both of our clinics offer complete pet health care in a professional and friendly environment. We understand your pet holds a valued place in your life and your heart so we have made it our goal to respect and honor this special bond by providing the best possible care for your pet.

Been a client of WCV for years at this point for our pets. Dr. Vandrey and Dr. Wright are fantastic and have helped us and the dogs multiple times. You can certainly tell its not just a job for them and they actually care about the pet when you come in. They have guided us through roughly five years of caring for our older dog when she became diabetic. Cant stress more that if you're looking for a vet to care for the four legged ones WCV is a very wise choice.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Warren County Veterinary Clinic South in Front Royal,VA. Dr. Kristen Pence was fabulous with my fear aggressive dog Sterling who is almost 6 and has to wear a muzzle due to fear aggression. She was gentle and sat on the floor with him. We had a whole wellness exam and two vaccinations with no issues. She also listens and cares to all the concerns you have a pet parent.

The staff made quick work of setting a new patient appointment. Convenient online form let me reach out after hours to schedule the following day. They were very prompt in calling and answering any questions I had. There was a little mixup with me and another client when scheduling, but the staff figured out and resolved the issue immediately, and got me in. On appointment day, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Lo was very nice and thorough; great bedside manner. Looking forward to our neuter appointment. My cat? No so much. Highly recommend!

My dog had some really terrible teeth and due to him being older of age I was really not looking forward to having him under for a dental. The dr’s and techs were so thorough with me before/ during/ after the procedure and put me at ease. I knew he was in good hands when I dropped him off and didn’t feel like I needed to worry. They went above and beyond for us and the procedure was more affordable than anything i have ever been quoted elsewhere.

We were looking for a new veterinary clinic after a couple of bad experiences at our previous one and we decided to give this place a shot. I have to say that the difference has been night and day. We have several large dogs, including two with significant anxiety about vet appointments and the staff at WCVC has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Dr. Lo was extremely patient and empathetic when dealing with our anxious dogs. When we brought a litter of puppies for their first exams, the vet techs and front office staff are all warm and friendly. They were even kind enough to help us carry them into the office from the parking lot. Appointments are never rushed and ample time is always taken to explain treatments and listen to any concerns we might have. The pricing is also very reasonable which is a big upside for a multi dog household like ours. If you are looking for quality veterinary care in the Front Royal area, I recommend checking out WCVC.
