- SSSAAD “SaaDii”Mar 27, 20265.0We checked in to store, to buy fish for our kids, I asked the lady working at fish section she answered my questions without any emotions, her attitude was so dry. Today we went same petco again to buy some parakeets, I have some questions since its our first bird , "unfortunately" I saw same lady and asked some basic questions, she said we need to ask Vet, and didn't offered any help or even offered to find help, I understand things can happen. Life could be miserable for some people , there could be much going on but we came to store with kids who were excited buy kids, I was extremely disappointed by her behavior and the help she offered, I dont want to mention her name here I dont want anyone to be in trouble. However a huge shout out to "Stella" another worker who went far and beyond her regular task to get the answers of our questions. Dear Petsmart Management please train your staff like Stella, she is an exemplary employee and deserves to be appreciated!! Five stars Just for " Stella" !! For us Stella is the face of Petsmart !!
