He fished and poked and this otherwise very quiet dog was yelping in pain. I’ve never heard her cry like that. I insisted he stop. It was a horrific experience for both of us. I will never trust them again.

They used to keep the crickets up front, then they moved them to the back of the store, then back up front again, and now they’re in the back once more. To make things even worse, the employees won't even go get them without calling someone from the back, causing a huge delay. Honestly, it’s quite literally faster to drive all the way to Central Park and go to the Petco than to sit around waiting for crickets at this PetSmart. It’s absolutely abysmal, and it’s clear that either management or corporate just can’t make up their minds.
