- EPEmily PulzoneJan 3, 20263.0Ughh. The Cosners location used to be a 10/10 experience, but that is not longer true as of late. The customer service is great, however almost over the top, it's overstimulating being hovered over wondering if I need help. There's so many new faces in there now, I really miss the old crew. Olivia is great and there's another OG member (male) that's still there, I love them, they've built an incredible report with me. Unfortunately that is not my only gripe. Last friday (12/26) I brought my dog in for a nail trim. She was seen by Lauren. Lauren absolutely mutilated her feet, my dog was quicked 7 times in a row. Once is an accident, 6 more times is either deliberate, or incompetence. The only one to apologize to me was the cashier who had zero responsibility for the incident, and Ella (owner) was there. It's absolutely insane to me that the customer service is so good I get asked 50 times if I need help buying pet food, but it's radio silent when my dog comes from the back traumatized and bleeding from all of her back toes.

Also the entire staff is absolutely wonderful- I frequently bring in my shy foster dogs to the cosners corner location and they always take time to help socialize the pups and give them lots of love and treats!

- EGElise GavinDec 7, 20255.0My boyfriend surprised me with a Cane Corso puppy so we went directly to Dog Krazy to get her everything she needed. They have an amazing selection of merchandise. High quality food, natural healthy chews and snacks and all the best toys and clothes. Emily, one of the store managers was extremely helpful to us and we have returned a couple times since our first visit, always making sure it’s not her day off so we get to touch base with her. She guided us towards some of her favorite items in the store that our puppy absolutely loves and so do we. All of the staff I’ve chatted with there is extremely friendly and kind and knowledgeable and they have top notch products. We look forward to the next time we have to pop into the store. Our puppy loves going there
- TBTony BeaversNov 25, 20255.0We're visiting family in the Fredericksburg area for Thanksgiving. Our little buddy, Jasper, needed a quick trim and bath. Petsmart messed us over and we're rude. We went to Dog Krazy in Cosners Corner and they were upbeat, positive, and just straight out friendly. Even though we didn't have an appointment, they bathed him and did his nails. Jasper looks and smells great. No way to truly thank the staff there.
