horrible experience I have an akita and we had 20 minutes to get him a bath and dry him off 20 minutes is not much time at all on top of that they do not tell you that you have a time limit only until you get to the location to bathe your dog. The website says that they can fit larger dogs which is a lie. The biggest problem I have is the 20 minute rule. I spent $15 for 20 minutes when i can spend $10 for an unlimited amount of time. I am bringing my dog home to dry him off because I had no time to dry him off the first time. I will not be returning with my dog this is embarrassing.

Amazing selection of anything you could need for your dog! The store is clean and well stocked, the staff are AMAZING, so knowledgeable and beyond patient. We will be bringing our pups back VERY soon!
