Overall positive. The person doing check-in was very through and friendly, the vet and vet tech were helpful and informative. My dog is dog aggressive but they helped us navigate through with ease. Prices are comparable but with two dogs I saved the extra $150 office fee the vet tacks on. Vetco customer service will fax prescriptions to your pharmacy. I was in a hurry so I went home, printed the Rx, and took it back for the vet to sign since my pharmacy required an original signature.

While initial appointment was okay/wait time not ideal, but as expected (not ideal as I scheduled an appointment time, but really it's just a line and first come/serve, so why bother scheduling) - the follow-up appointment which was just to pick-up a dewormer and test kits since my dog tested positive was just as long - so 40-45 minutes to ask for a dewormer/test kits and pay.... not great, but savings makes up for it I guess.....

Received excellent customer service. The gal who checked us in was lovely. As was the tech and the doctor. Very personable. Timely. I am thankful to have them as a resource to me and my three dogs. And the price was so so reasonable.

The doctor Judy is so knowledgeable and patient and caring. We’re glad our babies are in the good hands. It’s just appointments online have only 5 mins interval. It really doesn’t allow much time for each patient. I understand Vetco needs to maximize the profit but it feels like the corporate doesn’t care about patients that much.

All went off well except that my initial appointment was canceled on the same day by the clinic which delayed other plans that was depending of that visit for my puppy
