The service of the location is great but I don't suggest getting the plans. They charge me a $20 past due fee although I paying it on the actual due date because my card in file was stolen and they couldn't retrieve the funds. $20 & I'm still paying on the due date is absolutely absurd. The chat box rep said its not a late fee its a processing fee but the website stated overdue fee which is inaccurate! I DON'T RECOMMEND THE WELLNESS PLANS!

I’ve used Banfield for my dogs for 9 years and it’s great! There are so many locations, it’s convenient. They have good office hours too. Plus you can change offices if needed to get an appointment. That’s helpful when a pet is sick or hurt! I love the Greenbriar office and have gone there since they opened. The staff does change, but the service has always been very good. I appreciate their kindness, knowledge, and attention to the pets. You can buy a membership plan but you don’t have to. I’ve done both and like the flexibility. I highly recommend!

First impressions are everything and mean a lot. This location left an awful first impression and I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm Monday. I showed up at 12:36pm. Upon my arrival, the receptionist was finishing up a phone call. It was around 12:40pm that she ended her phone call. She started to check me in and had me do a lot of intake questions, which I was confused about because I had just filled out all of those questions online. She did get up and go check on something f a few times while filling out the questions and checking us in. It was at 12:47 she finished and said okay you’ve been checked in and you can have a seat and wait. She comes back out around 12:50 and says “The doctor said this will have to be a drop off appointment because they’re going to lunch.” I explained that we drove 45 minutes away and I will not be dropping off my dog; I would never schedule a drop off dog appointment anyways. She then says well it’s because we came late we have to do a drop off. I then said, no I got here at 12:36, we were in this lobby waiting for 15 minutes before we even got checked in. She then went back and said okay the doctor will see you the. I’m not aware if this location has a 5 minute grace policy, but if they did I was never made aware and again if they did I wouldn’t have even bothered and just left. So now, knowing that the doctor wants to go to lunch, the whole vet visit became rushed. The nurse was breezing through the questions and wasn’t really listening. Just typing and trying to get me out asap. I even mentioned a few times I was looking for a primary care vet and there were so many opportunities to earn my business but it was clear it wasn’t wanted. She even offered me a wellness plan for adult dogs and didn’t even take the time to realize my dog is 10 and the wellness plan I should have been offered was for senior dogs. Then when it was time to take the dog back for her exams, my dog got super nervous and tried to hide. I picked her up and she was trying to get away and the nurse was acting like she didn’t want to touch her. She asked me to hand her to her backwards, but my dog wouldn’t turn backwards because she was so nervous. I looked at the nurse and said “she is not going to bite you.she is super nervous. Please pick her up” the nurse says well you never know… Actually no I do know. This dog has never bitten a single person ever. The doctor comes in and starts talking so fast about all these different medications that even she got confused. Again super rushed. What drew the line for me was I was repeatedly explaining how I wanted the best recommended treatment for my dog because I really just want her to feel better. The doctor then started listing off all this medicine and would tell me a price every single time after. I then eventually was like look I don’t really care about the price, please just recommend the best medicine for management for my dogs issue and the course of action I should take. We did finally get medicine and a treatment plan. This was a horrible first impression. I don’t want these people near my dog at all.
