My appointment was at 11, and I didn’t even get checked in until 11:30 because the line barely moved. What stood out again was her attitude. She was argumentative with me before, and this time it wasn’t just me.. it was quite literally every single person in line. People would walk up in a good mood and leave clearly frustrated, rolling their eyes or shaking their heads after interacting with her. It just sets a bad tone right when you walk in. I even checked the reviews while I was standing there, and it’s not surprising.. most of the negative ones mention the same issue. Definitely something that needs to be addressed.
