We’ve liked them for the couple of years we’ve been going, but we really saw just how great they are as we recently had to put our dog down. They were incredibly gracious. They are above and beyond with full service. They provided resources to explain to our young kids. They were able to do it at our house so our dog was comfortable and not stressed out. Couldn’t ask for a more compassionate group who was just so kind during our time of deep grief.

Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.

We had heard great things about Crosspoint Animal Hospital, and had family members who swore by them. Even though we were new to the practice, we were able to get an appointment quickly, and everyone there was so compassionate and caring. They were able to diagnose the problem and help us manage the symptoms until we could make an informed decision. They even came to our home when it was time to let him go. (Dr. Kaz was so amazing) I really can’t say enough good things about this practice. When and if we get another pet, we will 100% be using Crosspoint Animal Hispital.
- CCChristina ClarkeDec 6, 20255.0I've been coming to Crosspointe for years (for both my cats and dogs) and every vet and tech I have met treats my animals like their own and after our dog passed, each person at the office wrote on a card that they sent to us that saying how wonderful she was and how they all loved her. I've kept that card to this day and it still brings me to tears. Everyone there truly loves animals and I can't recommend them enough!
