- NTNicole TFeb 18, 20265.0Couldn't recommend this veterinary team, more. They are exceptional. They took care of our cat Szandor like he was their own. Especially Dr. Kaz. We will continue to use this vet in the future. Some reviews stated that the vet was expensive but we found that their services were reasonably priced and they were always upfront about the price of each procedure before performing it. We also never had an issue scheduling an appointment for our cat and we had many over a short 3 month period. They were always able to accommodate. I have nothing negative or bad to say about this place. Excellent vet!

The Crosspointe staff made this nightmare the best experience possible, given the circumstances. They were supportive, gentle, and so compassionate. I could not have asked for a better and more honorable send-off for my best friend. A little while later, they mailed us a sympathy card signed by each of the staff. That coupled with his paw prints they gave us was above and beyond. For that, I will always be so thankful for this office!
