  Went in for cat food good percentage on shelf were Pete my cat hates that not much in to help with stomach an skin problems. Alot on clearance just not clearance prices.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. (Dale city) I came in specifically seeking advice on tick prevention for my dog because at different location they sold me meds for fleas not ticks, but the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and uninformed. He insisted that flea and tick preventatives are 'the same thing' and refused to acknowledge the distinction I was asking about. When I politely mentioned my own research, he became rude and told me to 'stay away from Google.' While I value veterinary advice, a retail professional should be able to discuss their inventory without being condescending or providing inaccurate information. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Called ahead and was told to come in with a water sample for an exchange. After making the trip, the store manager Ken said there was nothing they could do. The issue isn’t just the outcome, it’s the inconsistent information and lack of helpful service. Disappointing experience, and unfortunately this location has lost a customer. I won’t be returning!! The fish tanks at this location are often not in great condition. Even during a recent visit, there was noticeable algae buildup, which should have been a sign.
