Wounded Paw Project

Wounded Paw Project © is a national nonprofit specializing in animal rescue, veteran support, service dog programs, dog rehabilitation, and abuse prevention. Founded by Purple Heart recipient E. Hernandez, WPP saves dogs from cruelty, neglect, and crisis situations; trains service companions for veterans; and leads anti-abuse advocacy across the U.S. We provide disaster response, community outreach, support for PTSD service dogs, humane education, and life-saving rescue missions.
