- GRGisella Manotas RojasDec 11, 20251.0Absolutely appalling customer service and lack of professionalism. I would give a zero-star review if I could, but the system only allows a minimum of one. Review based purely on my recent phone interaction when attempting to schedule an appointment. The experience was so disconnected and unprofessional that I felt compelled to share it to warn other pet owners. I spoke with two staff members. The primary interaction was with an employee named Alexis, who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her demeanor was dismissive and demeaning. She spoke to me with a complete lack of courtesy and respect that is shocking for any customer-facing role, especially in a care environment. When I requested to speak with a supervisor to file a formal complaint, I was transferred to an individual named Kim Hammer (a nurse). When I put my phone on speaker to explain the situation, she then put me on speaker—evidently so that Alexis could also listen in on the conversation. I could literally hear Alexis audibly mocking me in the background. This is a monumental failure of professionalism and a blatant display of disrespect. Staff should never be permitted to behave this way or to actively participate in mocking a client who is trying to resolve a serious issue. Based on this experience, I have zero confidence in the professional environment or the quality of customer care at this location. Potential clients should be aware of this highly toxic and unprofessional culture.

I wish I could give 5 stars but there is a Nurse who works there that’s impatient, rude and speaks to customers in a demeaning manner. Her name is NURSE KIM HAMMER!! The rest of the team are Great!!!! Nicky, Alexis, Diana and of course Dr. Morradian are the best!

I showed up during the time mentioned only for them to say they cannot take my dog in and would have to come back end of day. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. Staff lady in the front was very rude and dismissive as well. No apology or anything, just rude. I plan on canceling my insurance and going with someone else. This place does not value people’s time or business. Recommend bringing your business elsewhere!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
