10/10, helped me put my struggling dog down at 12 in the morning. They were super nice and super comforting. Even gave me a little thing to remember my little sweet angel. I will forever always pick this place and the nice people who work there.

Front desk staff is awful and rude. But the medical staff are actually really professional and nice? I don’t understand how that culture happens but yeah lol. Several times now I’ve dropped my dog off for various things that I expect would take an hour or two to do, but it ends up being 7+ hrs. If you drop your dog off here just plan to drop off and pick up with the daycare hours. You can call and call all you want but the front desk are clueless and have no idea what is happening to your dog lol. That is if you even get someone to answer the phone.

I have a small dog that was attacked by a bigger dog resulting in an eye injury, showed up at the counter, they had one person on duty up front and she ignored us because she was on the phone, others witnessed us standing there waiting and refused to acknowledge that we were there, they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to do their jobs. Furthermore they refuse to do any surgeries without a ridiculous $1200 payment upfront and when we did get to take him home, we didn't receive any home treatment options, pain medicine, anything. It's my opinion that their staff is extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending them to anyone

I have had good experiences in the past but they were completely wiped out when I went in January. I would give zero stars if I could. The place was dead, and we were there for 3 hours for blood work and x-rays. More than $1,000 (over twice the normal cost). They care very much about money. When I had the gall to ask if it would be much longer, the vet tech was extremely rude. When I was shocked at the cost, the vet tech was extremely rude. When the vet tech called me later, she was extremely rude. They said my cat had inflammation. Nope. They completely missed that she has multiple growths. We went to Virginia Tech 2 weeks later. My angel has cancer. Town and Country missed obvious cancer. A huge miss. We are never going back.

I am a Labrador retriever breeder and one of my females developed an open Pyometra 38 days into a pregnancy. Tammy Fugate one of the vet techs spoke with Dr Burdette about my dog Lacey, and her condition. Our normal vet had to postpone surgery due to storm conditions where we live it is very rural and roads have become very treacherous. Dr. Burdette went above and beyond to provide us with a quick surgical appointment to save Lacey. If it had not been for Tammy going above and beyond to help us in getting help to Lacey the outcome would have been much different then it is this evening. For this Lacey is in recovery and God blessed us both! Thank you just does not even seem to be enough to express our deepest gratitude. The entire experience was heart felt from the staff in front welcoming us and the true compassion and love and dedication this entire team displayed to save our precious Lacey. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate staff. They make you feel comfortable and treat your pet as it were their own. Thank you all and may God Bless each and everyone of you who worked so hard to save Lacey.
