- EFExtraordinare FenceFeb 10, 20261.0Made an appointment online to get there to be told me 2 yrs old was to anxious last time. No call to inform me ahead of time took off to drive here to find out that they advise to take to a vet, but I thought y'all was the vet but ok so I'm assuming they're not veterinarians but just regular hourly associates they hired off the streets. Save time headaches and take your fur baby to a real veterinarian

They sent me home with another dose ( which they gave me) I asked for another fecal testing kit to send away. That location stated that this location would give me one and to just ask for it. At no time did they say it would cost. Anyway, this last appointment, they wouldn't give it to me unless I paid for it. I told them the other location said.they give.me one, but they refused. I am not happy with this location as they did not honor what the other location said they would do.
