Issue was girl who checks in animals and girl who schedules grooming at the front desk. Not at all friendly but appeared like they couldn't be bothered. Almost walked out. Poor representation at front desk. Will not be back since this is the 2nd time this happened even though employees were different. Get someone up front that will at least pretend a customers business is valuable.
