- MHMelissa HartmanFeb 22, 20264.0Clinic was professional and the vet and staff took care of all of my needs. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the appointments are only spaced 5 minutes apart when you book them. I had a later appointment and due to the scheduling that is done online (you don’t call to make the appointments), I waited 40 minutes for my appointment. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout though and I can’t blame them for the schedule they were given.
- ACAshley CoffmanMar 9, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience! I have never had an issue with my dog getting shots before. The only issue he ever has is with his feet and I'm not quite sure why they needed to mess with his feet. Check in staff was very nice, other staff member we encountered was completely unprofessional. I watched as my dog was slammed against the glass door. Honestly if it isn't working I get it but there is no need to keep on when the dog is just getting even more upset.

I spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed online that o would be here at the scheduled time. So frustrating and inconsiderate. Horrible costumer service. If you can’t see customers at the time it says on the website, you should change it. Simple as that.
