- NBNikia BurksMar 20, 20251.0I will be questioning and reporting this place to the board. HOW did you administer a blood test to my dog without either spraying his leg down. My Dow if Furry, there is NO WAY, you took blood from him without seeing his vein. And all in 5 minutes? Birdatella, lepto, and drawing blood?? Nope. And mind you, I worked as an assistant in vet hospital. They tried to distract me from watching by scheduling a second appointment for Gizmo’s booster exam. Yall are a scam.

The only issue he ever has is with his feet and I'm not quite sure why they needed to mess with his feet. Check in staff was very nice, other staff member we encountered was completely unprofessional. I watched as my dog was slammed against the glass door. Honestly if it isn't working I get it but there is no need to keep on when the dog is just getting even more upset.

I spoke with someone on the phone and confirmed online that o would be here at the scheduled time. So frustrating and inconsiderate. Horrible costumer service. If you can’t see customers at the time it says on the website, you should change it. Simple as that.
