We started taking our two boys to the Ruff House for a few months now since we needed a place for them to stay overnight for a week. They gave us a tour of the facility and rooms, along with a bunch of advice for boarding day care. We started off with day care once every two weeks and now once a week and our boys love it!!! The staff are amazing and so sweet:) I definitely feel comfortable leaving our anxious dogs there because I know they end up having fun every time. I love how the staff does a report card with photos and little fun events/activities! Our boys come home tired and happy which is what we want! Thank you for being so attentive and caring with our sweet fur babies🥹

The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. From drop-off to pick-up, we felt completely confident that our pups were in safe, caring hands. Chai and Cruiser came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for — which says everything. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure each dog feels comfortable and loved. It’s such a relief to find a place you can truly trust with your pets. We highly recommend The Ruff House to anyone looking for quality daycare or boarding. We will absolutely be back!
