Where is the care for dogs that have anxiety and having them wait for over 15 min for an IN ROOM APPOINTMENT FOR A SHOT ! Be better and do better ! As I sit here waiting with a dog that won't stop shaking......

I cannot recommend Banfield and Dr. Lewis highly enough! This was our first time visiting, and the experience was night and day compared to our previous vet. We had gone elsewhere on Tuesday, but they did not address my dog's pain at all. From the moment we walked in, I knew Rusty was in good hands. Dr. Lewis was incredibly professional and hands-down the most pleasant veterinarian I have ever experienced. She was so thorough and made sure Rusty had exactly the medications he needed to feel better. I walked in incredibly anxious, but I left the clinic with way less stress than I came in with. Thank you, Dr. Lewis, for taking such great care of my boy!

It started off great 11 years ago, but the last 5 years have truly sucked. My dog went in for a checkup. 4 days later we personally found lumps on her breast, they did not even check her to notice, she ended up having cancer. Luckily she survived a big surgery. The staff just doesn't care anymore

I have a preventive plan. I have been a client for about 20 years and have my third dog cared for at Banfield. Twice in the last year I have had to take my pet to either another location or an out side vet for care. The second time I had to pay over $500 for care. It wasn't on a week end or holiday that I couldn't get in to see my regular vet. I've never had this happen before this year and I'm not happy about the inconvenience or the out of pocket cost. Non

Dr. Natalia Perez is rude, disrespectful, and should not be in the business of caring for pets. She is extremely inconsiderate and does not possess the empathy needed to be a veterinarian. Not only did she accuse us of not caring for our pet properly, but she also refused to educate, became argumentative, and disconnected the call. She has been reported to not only Banfield, but the board as well. She is not a pet person at all. I would not recommend Dr. Perez or anyone at Banfield Pet Hospital. We have discontinued services and found another veterinarian. These people are despicable and the worst I've experienced.
