    The Chesapeake team at Banfield has been nothing short of amazing! I truly appreciate the care and expertise this team brings. Bailey is always so kind and caring, and I know my pup Ace is in great hands whenever he visits with Dr. Lebron. Thank you all for treating him like family!

    They charged us for medicine and forgot to give it to us. They called saying we could get it in a voicemail THEN tried to gaslight us that they didn’t know that we never got the medicine. About to cancel my subscription for both my dogs here. Additionally, we paid for nail clipping but I got the dog back and could not tell they were ever clipped. The nails still had dirt on them which wouldn’t be there if the nails were cut. Beware of this location.

    Absolutely enjoy coming there! Toby is always a great help and is always willing to do what needs to be done for my chili. She also is very professional and can keep calm during any situation. All of the front desk staff are and have always been friendly. Will definitely keep doing business with this location!

    I bought my two dogs in today for flea/ tick medicine and shots. When I arrived I called to see if someone could assist me bring them inside the store she said yes. I let her know I was parked in the middle section of the lot the third vehicle from handicap parking spot a green suv how didn’t you see my suv? I inside the vehicle calming my dogs down. I called again she said she came out and didn’t see my vehicle that’s totally impossible Mon the less I managed to get both dogs inside tryna catch my breath from the walk she asked me to put one dog on the scale I did she started doing something else I don’t know any dog that’s going stand there to long with no assistance from her at all with either dog. So she asked me to answer questions on the pad while I’m tryna keep my dogs under control instead of either assisting me with the dogs or putting my information on the pad. I was just frustrated with her at this point for the lack of compassion to assist a woman tryna control one big dog and a small dog. I just walked out in said I’ll talk them somewhere else that’ll assist me with them. I’ll never go back there again my bill was going to be over $215 or more and you couldn’t assist me with bringing them inside getting them checked in I’ll pass.
