At first they were closed when their hours said otherwise as well as not having the lobby open for unknown reasons. Now they no longer carry the specific cat food I have always ordered, frequently, from them. When I informed a store associate of my concern she was aloof and not helpful at all. I’m on the verge of changing providers, please do better.
