Jess is phenomenal! I've been taking my deaf Frenchton, Luna, to Jess starting not long after I adopted her. Luna is always very happy to see her friend, and I love how everybody in the store all seem happy to see the pup come in, whether for grooming or shopping!

Petco in Charlottesville is okay, but it’s really small. They don’t have nearly as much stuff as other locations, so it can feel limited. If you want a bigger selection, the PetSmart near Alamo Drafthouse is way better products and brands imo, and just easier to find what you need.
