I really like the fact that they have a large indoor facility for the dogs to be able to play without concerns for the weather.

I can enjoy my vacations knowing that my dog is safe and is looked after very well. I never received unexpected calls while I am on vacation. Whenever I pick up my dog, he has been bathed before I pick him up. The staff is competent at what they do. I highly recommended Bark 'n' Roll! They have a wonderful staff watching after our dogs.

They developed their pricing for grooming on the spot right in front of me and everyone looked confused about what to charge. Even worse was that the whole place smelled STRONGLY like urine. My wife and I could smell it outside as we were walking up to the door. There didn't seem to be any semblance of management or employee training. Find another location for pet services. Literally anywhere else.
