Since the change in ownership and staff, our experience has been completely different. We had a very disappointing experience with Bark and Roll Chantilly. Our dog came home with a large scratch on his stomach, very close to his testicles, caused by another dog. No one informed us at pickup—we had to call to find out what happened. The front desk staff (Isaac) was very careless and showed little concern, which was upsetting. On another occasion, our dog was given to the wrong family. Again, no one informed us. Thankfully, the person who received our dog realized the mistake and told my husband outside, even sharing that they had already taken our dog inside their car before returning him. This is a serious safety issue. This was our first experience with dog daycare, and unfortunately it did not meet basic expectations for safety or communication. The owner, Roger, was understanding, but the staff’s lack of professionalism is very concerning. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think others should be aware before trusting this place with their pets.

The site was well setup with room, clean sink, responsive water with hot and cold, shampoo choices and dryer/towels. The Bark & Roll attendees were friendly and conscientious to my requirements while attending to their boarded and grooming dogs. Simple, in and out in 20 minutes.
