They sent the Client information form via text after you "checked in" - but the assistants were completing that form in the line as they were checking you in. The form should be sent upon making the appointment so things go smoother and faster. The line also hindered people shopping in the store. The vaccination was also the same price as going to the Vet - so not sure what this saved me.
