    A friendly young man waited on me with the biggest smile! It’s always nice when you’re greeted in a store like that. I had bought many cans of cat food and apologized for buying all different ones. I was so impressed on how fast he rang them up- stacking them and scanned with the scan “gun” so quickly. Thank you!

    Write me review for Petco at Leesburg Pike I used to bring my dog in this location couple of times and then the reason I bring it here is it's close to my house and unfortunately I move what I live and then it's for 1 hour and 30 minutes for a week but since I'm familiar with them I just make appointment and come to them so I just like 10 minutes and I called them hey it's traffic and I'm a little bit late the lady who pick her up the phone her phone is not right she just say we'll see you and hang up and after I go there I say 10 minutes and the lady says as soon as she see me is that for call my dog name and she says we're not accept you I said I call you I'm driving one in 30 minutes drive and she says I wouldn't accept you anyways that's it and they have bad attitude I wait I call and then they have another opening I go back there and they say oh for you we're not available we're not with busy even if we have opening we're not going to accept you and I just feel unwelcoming they have bad attitude bad customer service I don't think they like their job what they doing I think they do it for the sake of money they don't even see any human sense Amy since for the dog any sense for Here’s a clear, strong review you can post: I’ve brought my dog to Petco several times in the past mainly because it was close to where I used to live. Even after moving farther away (about a 1 hour and 30 minute drive), I continued coming back because I was familiar with the location. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had an appointment and was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic, so I called ahead to let them know. The woman who answered the phone was dismissive and simply said, “We’ll see you,” then hung up. When I arrived, I explained I had called, but the staff immediately told me they would not accept my dog. What was even more frustrating is that I later found out they had another opening. When I returned, they still refused service and told me they wouldn’t take me even if they had availability. The attitude from the staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. There was no understanding, no effort to help, and no consideration for the fact that I had driven a long distance. It really felt like they didn’t care about their customers—or even the pets they’re supposed to serve. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
