After losing our Yorkie 6 months ago this was a huge step for me. The office manager was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable of everything and more. We chose our puppy today and we fell in love instantly. A huge thank you to the staff for all of their help in making our experience memorable! We highly recommend them!

- OFOctavia FarrarDec 27, 20251.0My "tiny" female yorkie is 8 months now and is 13lbs. Responding to your response pauley pup. Yes, I’m fully aware of what the contract states. I also spoke with a woman the first day i came who said she has been doing this for a long time. When I asked how they determine whether a Yorkie will be “tiny,” she explained that they go by the paws and snout and that's how they know they will be small (her wording, not mine). As I was explaining I want one that'll stay small. Either way, she is loved. My concern is simply that other people who believe they are getting a “tiny” pup especially since not all of the puppy photos are labeled as tiny may think the ones labeled tiny will be on the smaller side full grown. Because when you're spending around $2500 you want it to be everything you expect it to be. Other than that, the customer service was great, easy and very friendly. She is a healthy pup and still is growing. 😏
