After losing our Yorkie 6 months ago this was a huge step for me. The office manager was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable of everything and more. We chose our puppy today and we fell in love instantly. A huge thank you to the staff for all of their help in making our experience memorable! We highly recommend them!

I’m not really sure what that is but I’m a paying customer that wants to buy a puppy for my family and yet I was not helped at all poor poor customer service.
