Scheduling online was easy, the location is convenient, and the office is clean and welcoming. We were seen right away, and the receptionist, tech, and Dr. Frontanes were all friendly and efficient. My cat’s annual exam took under 30 minutes with no rushing, which made a big difference for her comfort. Pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent, with clear explanations of what was recommended versus necessary. They also set us up with their online prescription service, which is easy to use and more affordable than what we used before. Highly recommend!
- KLKarl LDec 15, 20251.0Worst Vet by far! Money hungry is all they are. They try bleed money out of you anyway they can. I highly recommend staying away. As a patient of theirs for over three years now, I’ve started to see this pattern and called them out on it. In order to refill my dogs flee and tic medicine, they won’t refill it until he does a heartworm test every 3 months it seems like. After I was guaranteed that his heartworm test would be good for a year now they’re now saying it’s not because he hasn’t done a wellness exam when he did heartworm test, since I got that done individually. It has been nowhere near a year and they won’t refill his medication until he comes in because they say “since he doesn’t have a relationship with the vet there, they can’t until he see’s the vet”. I’ve been a client there for three years!!!! Terrible business practice, terrible way to do business! Just awful!

We brought one of them in for sudden swelling, and Dr. Shoemaker was meticulous in narrowing down causes and next steps. They did in-house bloodwork and within 15 minutes were able to discuss the results. Ultimately, Dr. Shoemaker brought us a list of emergency vets to go to and even helped us with pricing. Dr. Shoemaker has consistently checked in with us since, which has been comforting.
- FSFrancine SteiningerNov 13, 20255.0I love Bond Vet in Arlington and my little Coco doesn't freak out when she comes here. The vets and vet techs are so kind and gentle. They don't push expensive tests if they are not totally necessary. It's fairly easy to get an appointment and you can communicate by text with a great front desk coordinator who sometimes answers questions at 8pm! Very responsive especially if you are worried about something and even give advice via text. The office space is very clean, fresh and nicely decorated with plants. It's not even that bad finding a parking on the street nearby. They also send very helpful after visit notes.
