- KKKeithNov 5, 20254.0Nice staff and store, but they need a better system for booking the dog washes. Right now it seems to be a manual list behind the counter. Also the dog wash closes 1.5 hours before the store, so be aware of that.

I checked online before driving to this location and nowhere does it say they stop letting customers use it at 5:30. Oddly enough the store closes at 7p. Weird that the cut off is at 5:30p instead of 6p.

I was asking if she is certain which branch for sure? instead of driving like three for other destinations in current Traffic in Virginia. She turned all the sudden full madness and change the voice tone telling me to are you serious asking me to look for you just go and find it yourself this is not my job..literally kick me out and are you like stupid? I wanna me ask all these branches you want me call them one by one if this is it makes her effort. I don’t know if she’s working for something else other than petco while no one else showed up! I believe it was just easier for her since she has the phone number. She have the system to find out instead of asking me to drive all 34 different locations. You know to find if It’s available in this other branches or not! It is really far away from Customer Service this needed training and in intensive training in this Customer Service relationship on how to to be nice with customers
