  Snotty store manager and bait and switch prices. Looked online for World's Best Cat Litter to make sure they had it in stock before I went to the store. Online said it was $19.15 per bag. So I go to the store put two bags in my shopping cart and the total was over $47. I said to them well that's really a lot of tax for two $19 bags of cat litter and they tell me "Oh well you have to ask us to price match before we can give it to you for that price. We can process a return then give it to you for that price but you have to tell us beforehand." Never heard of such a thing, and I didn't want to go through the hassle so I said never mind but I'm never shopping here again. So instead of being apologetic the snotty store manager tells me well that's the way they do things and if I never want to shop there again that's up to me and to have a nice day. Way to go. Bait and switch your customers and then give them a lecture when you try to rip them off. Not going back to this place.

  Wide selection of items, relatively easy to find. I was able to get most of the things i needed for my recently adopted cat.

  I am new to the area and found this petco through google. Upon drop off the associate didn’t seem too friendly when receiving my pups however I thought maybe she was having a long day. We had 2 large dogs receiving a full groom. Surprisingly, we received a call within 3 hours that they were done so we were excited! Unfortunately upon pick up, the cuts were very uneven and they looked crazy. One of my dogs received a military buz cut on his head while the other has no hair removed on his face or under his belly. When I asked how they dogs did… as I was just handed an invoice to go pay…I was informed one of the dogs didn’t get his front paw clipped because he was “jumping” however upon looking at his feet they are all the same lengths and doesn’t even look like he got his paws trimmed. Also, when brought out to us.. their skin was flaking and they stunk terribly as if they never got a bath. I asked what products were used and what could be done with a response of “this is the best we can do and I can page a manager”. Now…the associate was more upset than I was just trying to figure out what went wrong? Side note as another client was picking up their pup at this time that came in after me while I was waiting for a manager…in result of the same issues: the grooming being choppy and they didn’t trim the face at all.. and was told the same response of “we did the best we could” with a shoulder shrug… The end result for me was receiving a refund on both dogs as we need to take them to another groomer that will address the issues made by Petco groomers. Additional training in grooming and customer service is definitely needed in this department.
