The three techs that were needed to draw for bloodwork (big baby’s got super tiny, wiggly veins AND doesn’t like his front legs/paws touched) were SO patient, dedicated, and accommodating! We will certainly be back!

If you don’t need follow up care it’s fine, I guess, but still more than a week after is not acceptable.
