I brought my cat here recently and had a great experience. The front desk, the doctors, management, and the techs were all incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my cat back.

Exam rooms and waiting rooms are clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the care provided - Dr. O’Brien and Hailey helped us through a tough situation with an approach that was informed, pragmatic, and kind.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly & caring staff at Bond Vet. I took my very anxious dog in for vaccines & they did an amazing job with him, they even sang to him to calm him down! They really went the extra mile and that level of care is hard to find.

I absolutely detest the veterinarians here but let me be nice and start with the positive things about this facility. The facility itself is extremely clean and inviting. It has a modernized design and doesn't have a bad odor. Making an appointment was easy and the receptionist staff are always kind. Now to the good part since all I have nice to say is about the facility itself. I have brought my dog in three times. Three times too many but they are a few blocks from my house so the convenience factor was key for a last minute appointment/semi emergency. The first vet we saw was Dr. Obrien. She is entitled, bossy, extremely rude and pushy with her opinions. It feels like they are paid to push Science Diet onto your dog just because it's the only scientifically backed nutrition on the market. I felt extremely uncomfortable with her both times we saw her so I decided to see the other vet today, Dr. Zambriski, and she wasn't any different except her tone of voice was more delicate. She proceeded to lecture me for 15 minutes about food + allergy shots when we came in specifically for treatment of a seasonal hot spot. My dog was clearly in distress being at the veterinary hospital and she had the nerve to tell me "have you considered the palate surgery that is required and necessary for this breed. Because if you cared about her you would do so." She also didn't seem to listen to anything I said because when I look at the discharge summary it reflects other information than what was shared. ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE** They are corporate owned meaning you are just client number x,y,z and they are like a broken machine that spews out the same information. We have our main veterinarian in San Diego who takes the time to sit on the floor with my dog, ask questions, and explain things without being pushy and bossy. Do not, I repeat, do not come here. I absolutely detest them and will never step foot in their facility ever again. On top of that they are extraordinarily expensive. I hope both of you terrible vets read this review.
