    I have been going to Banfield for almost 10 years. I just called and the service was so offensive. I just rescheduled a different location and I’m about to cancel my other appointment. Trixie was extremely dismissive and short with me. I even had to call back to confirm my appointment we never clarified, as she rushed me off the phone twice. She told me I needed to send videos and photos of my pets issue in order to possibly be seen sooner. I have never been asked this before, but if this was coupled with the dismissive rush and condescending undertone, I would not have even had an issue with it. When I called back to confirm she said I already scheduled you, sweetie. How would I know that? I then said you didn’t we didn’t go over a time, she said it’s for Friday, sweetie. I said what’s the drop off window? And she provided it - how in the world are you scheduling an appointment without confirming that you scheduled me the appointment and not give me a time to drop off my dog? Then rushes me off the phone again. My call right after at the Woodbridge location was such a sigh of relief and with professionalism and care.

    Horrible dull service Receptionist looks miserable. If you pull up the word miserable in the dictionary, her pictures comes up. Banfield, you gotten tighten up. I would hate to bring my pet here…. Tango animal hospital is 100 better

    The worst experience ever. Extremely rude the person who answers the phone. He doesn’t let the client talk and asked me to go to a different location. I am trying to get an appointment and he hanged up on me. Now they don’t answer the phone. I can’t believe I am calling for a 500 dollar service and get all this when I even pay a care plan with them

    Amazing service, brought my puppy Bruno here for the first time and Talyen was amazing, great customer service and Jaz and Dr. Shahaltough was amazing!

    HEADS UP! To anyone thinking about getting pet insurance or bringing a new pet into this place, please reconsider. I’ve had my dog insured with Benefits for about 3years, and when I finally decided to cancel, they told me I would have to pay over $600 just to CANCLE the subscription. I felt blindsided and taken advantage of. What hurts me the most, though, is how my dog seemed after some of our visits. Every time we left, he looked shaken and anxious in a way I had never seen before. It made me wonder what was happening behind those closed doors. No pet owner should ever have to feel that kind of fear or doubt about their pet’s care. On top of that, many of the employees often seemed unhappy or irritated, which only made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. When you’re trusting someone with your pet you want to feel safe, respected, and reassured. Unfortunately, I never felt that here. I'm so glad I'm transferred my dog , its a HUGE different how my dog gets when she's reedy for pick up. and how much of a different the people are as well .
