  So gross! DO NOT GO HERE!! First off when we went to get our dog groomed at this location worms were crawling around on the floor by the front register. There was grime and animal hair along the floor of the entire store. I made comments to my husband about how gross this location was and how I didn't feel like we should have grooming appointments here anymore. Against my better judgment, I bought a bag of dog food while we were at this appointment for our two dogs, only to realize I brought an infestation back home. Unfortunately, I did not see the larva while feeding my dogs. My dog wasn't eating so I went to his bowl to see what was wrong and found the worms crawling around in the food. I had to throw an entire bag ( $80 ) of dog food away due to it being infested with light brown larvae. Just like I saw in the store the day I purchased the food. I am now concern about the other food stored in my pantry with the contaminated dog food, in addition to the health of dogs after they consumed this food. They have a serious cleanliness issue at this store and need serious improvement before I will ever feel safe having my dog groomed here or purchasing from them again. In addition to this I will definitely feel skeptical of all Petco locations in the future.

  If I could give zero stars I would absolutely do it. This store continuously has sick reptiles on the floor. When it’s brought up to them they make up an excuse about how the animal is just sleepy or shedding when they have mites and one snake was starving and had a rectal prolapse. Which I do have pictures and videos of. Went back a couple days later to check if they had done anything and all sick animals were still on the sales floor and in worse condition. They also as of today have refused to price match their own website because policies have changed , which I contacted multiple other stores that said they said their policies have NOT changed and then got rude about it when they were caught lying and still refused to price match. I genuinely don’t know how this store is still operating and how animal control hasn’t gotten involved due to pure neglect of these animals. I will be going to corporate with this as well as almost every time we go to this location we have severe issues like this. Do better west valley Petco. It’s been years for you guys to improve and you guys continuously get worse and I didn’t believe it was possible.

  The store always looks a mess. They never have the type of animal food you're looking for your pet. The way they have the aisles toward the middle before you get to the back, is not ideal. It's like a little maze with no popular product you can find. Thumb down.

  Apparently customers can't use bathrooms. Me, my Rottweiler, and boyfriend came here to grab dog food and my boyfriend asked to use the restroom and the worker assumed he wasn't a customer and told him no, to go to another store across the street. So I put my stuff back and we left to Petsmart.
