  They did a great job and did not cut/nick her. Kibbles and Cuts was always nicking her. I really like how they send you a photo and update on your pet. Will be going back. :)

  I usually take my shitzu to a different dog spa but I wasn’t able to get a sooner appointment. I called this location & they were able to schedule an appointment quick. Leslie was our groomer & did a great job! We will definitely be back! :)

  They did a fantastic job with my puppy’s first visit to a professional groomer. Loved the picture updates and they gave him the exact cut I asked for! I will be bringing him back.

  Horrible experience. My dog did not have a bath, however I was led to believe he did. He has a horrible rash on the backs of his legs and arms. My vet states it was from dull tools. I was charged for services I did not request. I feel terrible that I blindly trusted someone with a member of my family and something horrible could have happened. The way his skin looks, I have nightmares thinking about what he was going through and how he was being treated outside of my presence. When asked to speak to a manager I was denied.

  *Update *This place is honest and takes responsibility for mistakes that happen. They reimbursed us for our vet visit. Super impressed! I will give them another chance. The owner is very sweet and you can tell she really cares about her customers & their pets. The groomer gave our Maltipoo such bad razor burn - where his scrotum would be – he is neutered. Such a painful place for razor burn! 😢 He is miserable!! He is running around in hysteria, scratching his bum on everything trying to relieve the pain and licking it. It is so red and swollen. We had to take him to the emergency vet because it is the weekend. $275 bill because the groomer can’t do their job. The vet said we have to put the cone of shame on him for up to 10 days and gave us some pain medicine and cream. I feel so bad for him! And to top it all off I hate the way the groomer trimmed his face and head. They took so much hair off when we specifically told her to only take a small amount off. His head looks way too small for his body now. Needless to say we are never going back!
