Lady was more concerned about me signing up for there plan than worried about the animal I came in for an eye infection. That went away before the appointment and they didn’t even ask me about her eye just trying to get her vaccinated and the monthly plan then I asked her about her eye and then all the sudden it’s even more money and the vaccines couldn’t be done until the vet looks at her eye they would charge 60$ just to look. Definitely more for the money and not the animals

Are they ever open? Seems like every time I call during their business hours they’re closed

This place has sucked ever since it moved out of the PetSmart. Changes staff constantly, don't seem to be able to keep a vet on staff so their never open, and don't answer their phone. They canceled my dogs vaccine appt that should have just been done a month prior at his comprehensive one. Which they have done for me in the past which shows that they are getting lazier and lazier. I can only do Saturday appts, becuase of my work schedule. The workers don't seem to care that now for months on end they are the only location that keeps canceling and rescheduling on their clients, act like its no big deal. Because of only being able to the Saturday appts. they told me well the great thing about Banfield is they have so many locations in the valley, you can check with one of them for a sooner appt on a Saturday (They didn't have an open Saturday for 2 months, and who knows if that would have even stuck.) If you want me to take my business to another location I gladly will help you do that, if you don't want to be in business at this office anymore. They don't seem to give a crap that their constantly canceling on their patients, the staff don't care about the animals anymore. I also recently learned that even if your pet passes you still have to pay for the rest of your years wellness plan. That is disgusting and cruel to the owners. They just lost a family member (some people think of their pets that way) and your going to still take money out of their account every month for months. A human rehab center wouldn't still charge a monthly fee if the patient died why do that to pet owners that's just cruel and mean. How heartless can your company be, for the almighty dollar.

I took my dog in for a check up during Covid so I wasn’t able to be with him and ask questions. The vet returned a report saying his ears and eyes looked good but he was slightly overweight. My do had an ear infection and is 10 lbs underweight. I haven’t been back to Banfield since and don’t plan on going back ever.

I absolutely love Banfield for all my pets. I started with my family pugs and I have 2 cats of my own now. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and even people I meet. The staff is amazing and always super attentive. They always answer all my questions and recommend me option for my pets. They make it a point to memorize everyone and there pets.
