- JHJessica HutchinsonFeb 11, 20261.0I’ve brought my dog here for probably 1.5 years to have his anal glands done. It’s never been a problem. They just do walk ins which is really nice. They have always been nice and friendly. I can say that. Today I brought him in and they refused to do it because he wasn’t a patient there. It’s never been a problem before. And they weren’t even sure if it was a new policy or what. Very disappointing and totally inconsistent.
- MBM BilicFeb 3, 20261.0I scheduled an in room appointment & when I brought my cat , they wanted to have him dropped off & “get to him when they can “ because the doctor was in surgery even though the appointment specifically said in room. My cat was dehydrated and had been up all night with diarrhea and hadn’t ate or drank water in two days . I left after she “ had to ask the doctor if he’d give Simba IV’s”. Peoples animals die at banfield and I totally understand & see how much they truly do not care about the service they provide for animals . Worst place to ever exist. Don’t go here or any Banfield for that matter

However, we scheduled an annual dental cleaning a year ago and this week I received all the appropriate text notifications and instructions and expectations. Multiple phone calls over the past two weeks to confirm. Great. However, 🫣 when we arrived early for the drop off on Friday, we were told it was a scheduling mistake, our dog had to leave and reschedule at a later date. They even said it was their fault and he didn’t even have a dental cleaning available yet! What!? How can this be? This was just a very disappointing experience and one that could have been easily avoided. Not sure if I’ll be staying or going yet.

The doctor and staff here have been happy to care for him and have been very good, friendly and calm when working with him. They have offered helpful advice and helped us out with a few issues for him. Would love to see some expanded hours as we have had one emergency where we had to go elsewhere, but we will continue to take him here for his care when we can.
- AWadrian walkenhorstJan 10, 20265.0Banfield has been a life saver for for my wife and I. When we got our first dog he got very sick one day. They thought he had a dog treat stuck in his stomach, but in reality his stomach flipped. They could have charged us a ton of money for his actually issue, but instead they didn't. They have take great care of him, and when the time came for our dog Boss to move on, they took care of us again in assisting with a humane way to put him down, and giving my wife and I the last moments to be with him, and let him fall asleep in our arms. If anyone ever talks about Vet care I always send them to Banfield. Their staff, and vets are great, and love our dogs as much as we do. If your considering taking your pets to them, I would 100% do it!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
