We are looking forward to our other dogs coming to get groomed here. Our entire family uses the grooming department. I will update this review if I use the inside store services.

Came as a family to look at hamsters for my son as he is interested in buying one but hasn't seen or held one in person before. Asked for help to be told we "cannot hold or touch animals unless we plan to buy directly after" How are we supposed to know if an animal will be a good fit for our family if we can't have a chance to even meet it without the promise of money down? I am now concerned they don't socialize these poor animals at all. *after getting a very upset little boy in the car I called two other pet stores in town and they offered to have him come tomorrow no policy against meeting the animals* I hope this review helps people not waste their time or gas going to this store.
- CFCharlie F.Oct 24, 20253.0The store is alright. Giving ferrets water bottles is crappy and irresponsibe though. Theyre obligated carnivores, which means water bottles break their teeth. They also drink as much as a cat every day and water bottles don’t provide that amount of hydration. Thats why they bite at the nozzles in frustration. I hope they check the ferrets food more because when I went in there was no food. Ferrets have short and fast digestive systems so they need constant access to food. Hopefully it was a rare oversight. I made sure the tall male cashier know. If you work around animals, you do have to care about em.
