    We just came from this location. We brought in our 10-week-old Aussie Doodle for his first ever claw trimming, and on the VERY FIRST CLAW, the groomer cut his quick. He immediately started screaming and struggling to escape, and he was bleeding. This rookie mistake is especially reprehensible, because this particular puppy is currently undergoing strict Service Animal training, and we can’t afford to have him cowering in fear that a total stranger might suddenly decide to injure him. Someone in the store (whom I presume is a manager of some description) apologized and said that “this rarely happens,” but honestly there is no excuse for this at an establishment that ostensibly makes its money from selling professional pet grooming services. As I write this, we are bending over backwards to take our dog’s mind off the pain and try to ensure he isn’t permanently traumatized by this completely avoidable error. I cannot recommend you take your pet to this place.

    I have been taking my Maltese-Shitszu mix to Kibbles &Cuts for about 4 years now. They are amazing and have always done such a great job with Alfie. He was quite anxious as a puppy so we did a lot of puppy First grooms on him before he actually had a full groom. The staff is so patient and so helpful. Kristin is the absolute BEST and always recommends the best kitty and dog toys! She is super knowledgeable and I can always count on her to help me find our sweet animals just the right thing.

    Amazing customer service and the staff are very helpful, it is a fairly small store but they made good use of the space with good options for people with a specific food they want to feed their little loved ones, or big ones haha. Toys, treats, food, and accessories with the option of an in house groomer they have everything you need.

    This place is the place to go the staff is very warm welcoming and the groomers take pride in there work.. we wouldn't take are 5 fur babies any where else Thank you for out standing care Robin and Teresa leavitt
