The main reason we made the appointment was to get his nails trimmed and there really wasn't much of a difference when I picked him up. The groomer said that they weren't able to finish the appointment because my dog wasn't cooperating. He is a sweet dog, but was probably just scared. I just didn't feel the groomer was patient or willing to work with our doggie. Then, the price was about $10 dollars higher than said it would be online. So bummed because I was hoping to do this regularly. I will not be returning for their services.

He had some stubborn matting, and so we had low expectations for how much fur we could save.
