This really made me sad as this is the first bad Petco branch grooming experience I ever had. *Update.. they wanted me to bring my dog back so they can fix it by shaving his hair again....making it way shorter. When we refused to bring our Pup back as we don't trust them anymore, they said that's all that they can do. Refuse to provide any compensation. So much for being a Vital Care Premier member and with there 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Thank goodness there weren’t any cars, i understand that accidents do happen but that’s really scary! There should be more precautions in those cases!
