Their team is incredibly amazing. We had to bring our 7.5 year old malmute wolf husky mix, in to my euthanized due to his idiopathic epilepsy. He was having more aggressive seizures and his normal vet said he could go any day, because of his seizure. It was a really hard day for all of us, but this team was so kind, and patient with us. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to him. They didn't rush us, just gave us so much time with him. They treated him like he wasn't just another dog being put down. They were gentle with him. Thank you Banfield team for being so incredibly supportive.

I have been trying to cancel my wellness programs for over 1 year with constant phone disconnects, telling me "you cant cancel now", to threating to send me to collections because I finally cancelled my credit card so they could stop charging it for my multiple dogs. I finally got them to cancel my account before the date of enrollment which was 12/26/2022 but last year (2024) I called in November to cancel, they told me I had to wait until 12/26 to cancel, couldn't get through until 3 days later and then they told me the window for me to cancel has been closed and I had to call ON the 25th! Which they are closed for Christmas, I called many more times since trying to cancel the program with them telling me in not very nice terms and hanging up on me multiple times while I am trying to get information about how to cancel. I've recorded all the phone calls with them since 11/6/2024 trying to cancel my accounts. In the state of Utah it is a one party state, and if possible I would record every call with them but don't let them know you are recording cause it's just another excuse for them to hang up on you. As of today I was finally allowed to cancel the services I haven't used for well over a year but I had to pay an additional $350 per dog so that I won't be sent to collections. This company is EXTREMELY predetory!!!!!!! Stay away! I've also talked to Petsmart management and they were telling me that they plan to do away with Banfield Pet Hospital because of how predatory their wellness plans are. They don't care about taking care of your pet, only care about getting you signed up on their wellness plans!

One of two favorite Banfield locations in Utah for the amazing customer service. They are centered on providing efficient and beneficial care for my pet. Pricing is reasonable as I am on the wellness plan which saves me a lot of money for preventive care throughout the year. I always appreciate the time spent taking great care of my pet when he is under their supervision. The doctor and vet tech provides detailed information to keep me educated about my pet at all times.

This location truly cares about their patients. My dog was having a minor medical issue, and I immediately drove him here. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the staff could not have been kinder. They saw him right away and gave him the care he needed. My dog is now doing much better, and I am so grateful for the compassion and professionalism at this Banfield location.

If you’re hoping to actually see a vet here, bring a tent and some snacks because chances are your appointment will mysteriously vanish so someone can enjoy yet another “extended lunch break.” We’ve had our appointments canceled more times than this clinic has probably refilled a water bowl.
I get that everyone needs to eat, but maybe don’t schedule clients during mealtime if the vet tech’s lunch is apparently a national holiday. Pets don’t get healthier waiting around for reschedules, and neither do their humans’ schedules magically clear up just because your staff wants extra dessert.
We love our pets, and we expect their care to be treated with at least a fraction of the seriousness your team gives to lunchtime. Sadly, this place made it clear where their priorities lie and it isn’t with the animals.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
