- BBBrianna BeckSep 21, 20251.024-48 hours just to get vet records are you kidding me and Vet Wyatt was not friendly at all when I took my dog in for their shots. Worst experience with a vet clinic I have ever had. Avoid at all costs if you can.
- EEErin EmmettMay 25, 20251.0The staff are dishonest and disorganized. Do not take your pets here. When we brought our puppy in for his first exam, we were up sold the "PUP SHIELD PRO" 3-visit package. This was a total scam. During our puppy's second visit, we were told he would need the rabies vaccine at 1 year. The first dose was not administered during the first or second visit. When we brought him in at a year, we were told the package had expired and had to pay another $147 for the next round of boosters and first rabies vaccine. In following the staff and Vet's instructions, we not only were scammed out of money, but we unknowingly put our dog's health and safety at risk. We will no longer be shopping at Petco or taking our pets to Vetco.
